I am very happy with the Jhula swing. The quality is excellent, with strong and sturdy construction that feels safe and durable. The design is beautiful and adds a traditional and stylish touch to the home. It is comfortable to sit on, and the smooth swinging motion makes it perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The installation was easy, and the materials used are of high quality. Received the swing on time and really appreciate their prompt reply. Family members and guests always appreciate it and enjoy spending time on the swing. Overall, this is a great purchase and offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

From Mumbai - Disappointing experience with The Jhula.

Ordered on 18th April, received only on 28th May — over a month delay.
Jhula kada was missing from the delivery.
Told us to pay porter charges and promised reimbursement, but never paid back and now not answering calls.
Also asked us to pay for the missing kada with partial reimbursement promised, which they never honored.

Avoid if you expect timely delivery and basic accountability.
